Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was great. The beds where exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was spotless...

It was a great value and comfortable hotel, nothing to complain about, cant recommend highly enough. Everything was good during 1 day, appreciated its unbeatable and nice location really close to restaurants and business centre.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly reception and helpfulness of Antonio at this lovely small hotel. the clean rooms with large terrace and chill-out lounge were perfect for relaxation. the pool bar on top of the hotel was a great addition. the location, just a 5-minute drive from the beach, port, and restaurants, made it convenient. the hotel provided great value for money.

was our second time staying and we were right again. Cleanliness, for us fundamental, Cleaning.. treatment of the staff, correct and professional.. cafeteria, takes the palm, well in everything, staff, variety and price.. staff, great success (they could choose another kind of ambient music).

As the headline says, there is no room in a four-star hotel today for a television that looks more like a 14-inch monitor. They should remove the piece of mirror and put in a decent TV, in size and features.. And the shower, a shower tray with a good screen, would improve the quality of the bathroom, removing a bathtub and a curtain that avoids some of its charm and quality.. The management should consider this couple of improvements. They would gain much more prestige.. But let's be clear about one thing, we'll repeat.. Thank you.

The stay was okay, people friendly, rooms are good also the breakfast. The hotel is situated in the middle of the horticultural business so easy to meet the growers/exporters.Quality/price realtion is okay. Frans

Great value for money to stop for overnight stay on our trip towards Alicante with a baby, which we needed to do it in shorter distances not longer than 3hours drive. Lovely food in the City town hall square, get a beer and have a tapa free.

The location of Gran Hotel Victoria was ideal, offering easy access to attractions and a reasonable price. The room provided enough space, and the employees were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, getting to the parking area with a large car was a breeze.

Nothing it is perfect.

The location was perfect, with easy access to major roads and the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always efficient and ready to assist us. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the rooftop pool and sun terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful views. The hotel offered excellent services, from room service to car hire, and the dining options were varied and delicious. We especially appreciated the staff's knowledge of wine choices, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
